WHERE CAN I USE PARSO?
PARSO can be used in all on-street parking spaces in the municipality of Montes de Oca.
WHAT ARE THE COLLECTION HOURS?

Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T START MY PARKING TIME?
Make sure you start the time as soon as you are parked in order to avoid a violation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN ENTERING MY INFORMATION (MUNICIPALITY, STREET, NUMBER PLATE NUMBER)?
The system relies on users entering data correctly. If you enter incorrect data, you may receive an violation.
WHICH PHONES DOES PARSO WORK ON?
On any device running Android or iOS.
WHAT VERSIONS OF ANDROID AND IOS ARE NEEDED?
- Android 5.0 and higher
- iOS 9.0, iPhone 4s onwards
WHAT IF MY PHONE IS NOT PREPAID?
The PARSO balance is NOT part of your cell service payment balance; it is a separate account. It's easy to use.
WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ALLOWED?
- Debit and Credit Cards except AMEX.
- SINPE MOBILE
- Cash at affiliated stores
HOW DO I PAY BY SINPE MOBILE?
- Make the transfer to number 7075-3030
- Share the voucher via the app's internal chat.
- Wait for the support manager to review the request and proceed with the recharge.
Remember that SINPE Mobile is an extra option to the card recharge method. It is a manual process that may take a little longer, it is not automatic.

Any carrier as long as it provides internet service.
IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE SERVICE?
No, the driver only pays for parking time depending on the Municipality's fee. There are no additional charges.
