Privacy and Data Management Notice

‍Applicability: This Privacy Notice applies to all information we collect through our software, mobile applications and websites that link to this document (collectively, our "Platforms").

1. Acceptance of Privacy Notice

By accessing, using or registering on any of our Platforms, you expressly consent to the collection, processing and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the terms of this Notice, please do not use our Platforms.

Disruptive/Clear Emphasis: Your continued use of our Platforms following any changes to this Notice signifies your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review it periodically.

Information We Collect

We collect information about you from the following sources:

Information provided directly by you: Data you voluntarily enter when registering, filling out forms, updating your profile, taking surveys or interacting with our systems (e.g. name, username, password, email).
Automatically collected information (Usage and Device Data):
- Server Log Files: IP address, access time, pages/screens visited and data related to your use of the Platforms.
- Device Identifiers: If you are accessing from a mobile device (e.g. smartphone), we may collect your unique device identifier (IMEI, IDFA, etc.) for technical support and customization purposes.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies,web beacons, pixels and other technologies to recognize your browser, analyze browsing patterns and improve the experience of using the Platforms.
Third Party Information: Data we receive from your employer (the company that contracts our services) or from service providers and analytics tools.

3. Use and Purposes of the Information

We use the information collected exclusively for the following purposes:

Operational and Service: To provide you with the requested services, process your transactions, respond to your comments or requests and ensure the proper functioning of the Platforms.

We operate globally, so your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, the United States, where our data centers are currently located. By using our Platforms, you consent to such transfers.

Cancellation (Opposition): Request the deletion of your data from our records, subject to legal retention obligations.
